Cos thita = sin(90- thita) is a formula. But can we write sin(90- thita) as sin90- sin thita?

Sin(90-theta)=

sin90costheta - cos90 sin theta

Cos 90=0 and sin 90=1

Therefore

Sin(90- theta)=cos theta -0 =cos theta
