Answer:

COSA = 2 + SINA

so, substituting the above in given eq;

2+ sina +sina=1

2(1+ sina)=1

1+sina=1/2

further:

sina=1/2-1

sina =-1/2

cosa=2-1/2= 3/2

so substituting the above derived values we finally get:

3/2-(-1/2)= 2
