Cost of computer (P) = 175000rupees

Time = 3 years

Rate of depreciation = 20 %

Amount

$= p {(1 - \frac{rate}{100}) }^{time} \\ \\ = 175000 {( 1-\frac{20}{100}) }^{3} \\ \\ = 175000 {( 1- 0.2) }^{3} \\ \\ = 175000 \times {0.8}^{3} \\ \\ =89600$

After 3 years it's cost will be 89600 rupees.

Depreciation = 175000 - 89600

= 85400 rupees
