Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let 1 shirt = x

1 trouser= y

A.T.Q

2x+3y = 6050X3

3x+2y = 5450X2

6x+9y = 18150

6x+4y = 10900

- - -

5y = 7250

y = 7250÷5

y = 1450

2x+3(1450) = 6050

2x+4350= 6050

2x= 6050–4350

2x= 1700

X= 1700÷2

X=850

Answer:

dont worry . its simple

Step-by-step explanation:

let the cost of one shirt be x

let the cost of one trouser be y

therfore,   two shirts + three trousers = rs 6050

                 2x+3y=6050      ......(1)

                 three shirts + two trousers = rs 5450

                 3x+2y=5450      ......(2)

now multiplying (1) by 3 and (2) by 2 we get

                6x+9y=18150 .....(3)

  and       6x+4y=10900 ..... (4)

   lets subtract (3) from (4)

                          6x+9y=18150

                          6x+4y=10900

                   -     (-)  (-)     (-)

                               5y=7250

                    y=7250/5

                    y=1450

therfore the cost of one trouser =1450

for shirts cost

lets substitute y =1450 in (1)

                2x+3y=6050

                2x+3*1450=6050

                2x+4350=6050

                2x=6050-4350

                2x=1700

                 x=1700/2

                 x=850

u can cross check/ tally by putting value of x nd y in (1) and (2)
