By using the identity,
Cosec^2A= 1+Cot^2A
=> Cot^2A= Cosec^2A-1.....1
And by Sec^2A =1+Tan^2A
=> Tan^2A=Sec^2A-1....2
Subsitute these values in cot^2a-tan^2a
=> Cosec^2A-1--(Sec^2A-1)
=> Cosec^2A-1+1-Sec^2A
=> Cosec^2A-Sec^2A..........
