hey here is your answer
========================
According to Coulomb's law,
f = k \frac{(q1)(q2)}{ {r}^{2} } \:  \:  \: where \: k = 9 \times  {10}^{9} newton \: {m}^{2}   \\  \\ now \\ 0.075 = 9 \times  {10}^{9}  \frac{(q1)(q2)}{ {3}^{2} } \\  \\  75 \times  {10}^{ - 3}  =  9 \times  {10}^{9}  \frac{q1)(q2)}{ 9 }  \\  \\ {(q1)(q2)} =  \frac{75 \times  {10}^{ - 3} }{ {10}^{9} }  \\  \\ (q1)(q2) = 75 \times  {10}^{( - 3 - 9) \:  =  - 12}
since,
(q1)(q2)=75×10^-12 and
(q1)+(q2)=20

then ,
(q1)=20-(q2)

now ,
[20-(q2)] × (q2) = 75×10^-12
(q2)^2 - 20(q2) + 75×10^-12 = 0
here, (q2) = 5

then,
(q1)+(q2)=20
(q1)+ 5 =20
(q1)=20-5
(q1)=15
