No because the acid will react with the container and may make it toxic

No we couldn't store lemon pickle in an aluminium jar because lemon is acidic in nature & aluminium is a metal. when acid and metal reacts they liberate hydrogen gas and corrode the jar and this can lead to the spoiling of the pickle & causes food poisoning.
