Even I had this topic.
Stress is the body's natural response to challenges. When a person experiences high levels of stress it can interfere in his or her ability to learn, memorise as well as lead to poor physical, emotional and mental health. Inadequate amounts of sleep can make a person more aggressive and limit his ability to work and concentrate. In case of students increased homework load, pressure from parents, full schedules increases the stress levels so high that educational professionals regard this as health epidemic. Getting enough sleep, eating balanced diet, exercising and meditating daily, taking regular breaks, listening to music, talking to friends and family are some of the best measures to cope up stress.
Ovid had said " Take rest; a field that has rested gives bountiful crop"
Thank you
