In accordance of mine the language used in courts during medieval period is :-
Sanskrit and braj both because the Rajas and Maharajas typically use this language that time.
And we can also say that.......
Urdu and Persian language was too used as the Mughals typically use this language... And now the courts use the mixture of usually English,Hindi and Urdu....
