In my opinion, the education system is responsible for this mess. But parents also a lot of the time; pressure their children knowingly or unknowingly to get as much grades as possible. I think that the education system is mostly responsible because it hasn't been properly changed for decades or even centuries. The worst part is that this education system was made to make employment in factories easier but nowadays we don't need humans to work such pointless and repetitive jobs, machines can do that for us. Changing the education system to focus more on creativity and collaboration instead of rote learning and competition would be the best step for a good education system.
