Kindness Around, Lost Then Found

Once again: In the grand Essel World Water Park, my father had left me alone in a ride and instructed me to wait for him at the place where the ride ends. After I finished the ride, I calmly waited for a few minutes anxiously, searching around for his face. But he did not turn up. My heart kept on skipping a beat whenever my assumptions of "there he is!" or "that man is definitely him" turned out wrong. After a while I had made up my mind that my dad had lost his way and needed help. I went up the ride.

From there, too, I could not find him. I saw happy families roaming around and laughing. Soon, realization dawned on me. I was left all alone in the middle of a giant theme park with no food and no tickets for any ride. I did the most natural thing someone would do at that moment: I cried. Eventually a kind and happy couple stumbled across me and helped me find my dad. I was relieved to be taken back to him. I am thankful that there are still kind people on earth.
