Create a database for a stationery shop

I was supposed to maintain a table which would contain available items in inventory. Also, another table to maintain orders from customers. The solution I gave wasn't efficient but it was correct. I was told to remove the redundancy. This was the only point where I was unable to give 100% correct answer.
