Human virus and computer virus

Explanation:

Viruses are tiny germs, they make us sick if they get inside out body. They cause chicken pox, cold, flu and other such diseases. Antibiotics do not work on viruses. Their spread can be prevented by frequently washing your hands, especially after using bathroom or before eating something. They begin to replicate themselves once they get inside human body.

Computer viruses are programs that can copy itself if it is run on a computer. They often run as part of other programs. They are similar to biological viruses as they copy themselves once they get into the computer.

Computer Virus can also execute instruction to cause harm to your computer. They are part of malware. They care created for a purpose such as to hack systems or to get ransom. One can prevent harm to their computer by installing antivirus programs.

The differences between the human virus and computer virus  are:

  • Computer viruses are man-made (inorganic), while biological viruses are (mostly if not completely) natural (organic).
  • The Computer virus infiltrates the security measures deployed in the computer systems, whereas, the biological virus attaches itself to the host (human body) and destroy the systems (respiratory, nervous, digestive, etc).
  • A computer virus is made out of code and is not self-aware, while a biological virus is made out of cells, and basically is self-aware.
  • A network connection is a way for a Computer virus to travel, whereas, the biological virus travels in many ways (through water, air, food, etc).
  • The computer virus and human virus have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Their only similarity is that they are both try to infect someone/something and try to make copies of itself (clones).
