CREATING A CONVERSATION - A student received an academic recognition from the school. How do you think a supportive teacher would speak to the child?

A supportive teacher would congratulate the child on recieving the academic recognition.   He would admire the good qualities and ask the student to maintain the good qualities in the future.   He would also point out his weaknesses and past failures to make him more focussed and alert.   Finally he would share some of his own personal experiences to guide the student.
