No all are not acids. Water and alcohol contains hydrogen but are still not acidic. This is because it does not dissociate hydrogen ions in aqueous solutions.

There are no Arrheniusacids without a hydrogen atom. According to the Brønsted–Lowry acid–base theory, an acidis any substance that can donate a proton and a base as any substance that can accept a proton. Hence, there are no acidswithout a hydrogen atomaccording to this theory.
