Or you can interview one of your family members, ask and identify their thoughts under crises situations, and relate those thoughts with cognitive errors. Inquire their stress coping exercises and identify if those are healthy or unhealthy.

Explanation:
Part 1: We are in a lock down now, so think about how you are feeling through this time. Is it stressful, is it hard, or are you glad this is happening, what is you emotion on all of what is happening. How do you show that or cope with it meaning how do you take care of your feelings. For example when i am sad or frustrated i write stories or scribble on a piece of paper. that is how i cope so it is asking you how you believe other people might cope in this disaster of times.
Part 2: Basically you are describing about you. How are you feeling, how is everything with you during this stressful time. when it asks if you copping mechanism is healthy or unhealthy it means for you, so is your copping hurting you or is it truly relieving you.
Or.. they want you to obviously interview someone and ask a bunch of questions about the crisis that we are under. When you get all that information you can write it down and explain what they were saying and relating it to other people and prove that everyone is taking this lock down a different way.
