1) Executive Power:-
He appoints the PM, CAG, CEC, chairman of UPSC,governor of states etc.
He directly administer the Union territories.
2) Legislative Power:-
He can summon or Prorogue the parliament and dissolve lok sabha .
Without his assent no bill can bcm an act.
3)Financial Power :- Money Bill can be introduced with his prior permission.
4) Judicial Power:- He appoints CJI
He can grant pardon to any person convicted to any offence.
5) Military Power:- He appoints The cheifs of Army,Navy,Air force.
He is the supreme commander of defence force .
6) Emergency Power
