Critically analyse the strength and limitations of any two methods through which reading can be developed as skill among children

In my opinion there are two methods by which reading can be developed as a skill are:-
1. You should speak and read the English or any other language in a fluent way and should have urges to become more relevant to The English.
2. You should be dedicated towards your career and a desire to know more should exist in you so that your reading will transform into a skill.
Limitations:-
# You should not to consider any any languages beneath your dignity.
# You should not be much happy on your praises this exhaust your consistency.
