Answer: There are two types of method of enhancing the reading skill in children:
(1). Direct method: This method allows the fluency of the child to go well by making him read the same word again and again till he spell it correctly.
(2). Indirect method: This method brings the habit in children of reading on daily basis by fixing their time to read.
Strength of direct reading method is that it brings the fluency in pronounciation and the disadvantage is that reading the same thing makes it boring.
Strength of indirect reading method is that the child can explore in vocabulary and disadvantage is that the level of fluency of all children is different.
