The answer is given below.

Explanation:

Unemployment arises due to a number of factors. It is a situation in the society where there is lack of employment or jobs for the members of the society. It leads to poverty, criminal activities and effect negatively in the overall economy of a society.

Fraud and corruption are major factors that lead to unemployment. The stakeholders and other important members of the society hold a great responsibility in generating employment in a society.

However, if such members of the society indulge in any politically motivated or self-interest activities, the common people face a lot of problems. If they involve in corrupt practices, they diminish the resources by themselves which were meant for generating employment.

Similarly, such members also indulge in frauds. They access the resources and funds by promising false projects and schemes to the government. Though they receive lots of funds by the government for generating employment, they do not use them for public welfare in reality.

For instance, the MGNREGA provides lots of funds for rural employment generation. However, the number of beneficiaries are actually very less than expected. Another instance are the banks such as IDBI, SIDBI, etc. Many young people does not get deserving loans for business startups as these banks are being manipulated by ruling parties of the states.
