Crop productivity depends upon the financial conditions of the farmers, rather then putting in hard work. Do you agree. Why?

I agree.
Because a farmer can buy HVY seeds to get better crops and also can automate most of the ploughing work and even can use pesticides, fertilizers etc to yield better crops only if his financial condition is good.

yeah if the farmer keeps hardwork also, first of all he needs some money to pay the basic needs of agriculture.

The financial status too is a factor of Crop production.
