Crystallisation and evaporation are both separation techniques.

However crystallisation is considered better because crystallisation helps in separating impurities from a mixture.

For example-- when salt is obtained from sea water using evaporation, it will let water evaporate and salt will be left behind. But still there will be many impurities present in salt as there are many other kinds of salts present in sea water.

In case of crystallisation you will get the pure form of salt.

That's why crystallisation is considered better.

because crystallisation is a process which separate pure solid in the form of crystal from solution and in by by evaporation process impurities will remain....
hope it will help u..........
