because in crystallization no chemical process is done only physical properties are their but in the evaporation process chemical process are involved so it is difficult to concentrate on more on that process

Crystallisation technique is better than simple evaporation technique as-
• Some solids decompose or some, like sugar , may get charred during heat to dryness.
• Some impurities may remain dissolved in the solution even after filtration. On evaporation these contaminate the solid.
