let the radius nd height of first cylinder be 'r' and 'h' respectively

then its CSA = 2 *22/7 * r * h

let the radius nd height of 2nd cylinder be 'r1' nd 'h1' respectively

then its CSA =  2 * 22/7 * R * H

a/q,        r/R = 3/2

         =>2r = 3R

        => r = 3R / 2                                   ........... (i)

    a/q,    2*22/7*r*h = 2*22/7*R*H

          => r * h = R * H

          => 3R * h = R * H

          => h/H = R/3R

          => h/H = 1/3
