Naturally, Curcuminoids are soluble in organic solvents such as Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), Acetone and Ethanol but poorly soluble in water. Water soluble Curcumin, AQUACUMIN is the innovation of curcuminoids that well soluble in water up to 150 mg./ml. (15 %w/v) or about 600 times of general curcuminoids.
