Curved surface area of a hemisphere is 905 1/7cm , what is its volume?

Hello Dear.

Given ⇒
Curved Surface Area of the Hemisphere = 905 \frac{1}{7}
= 6336/7 cm²

∵ C.S.A. of the Hemisphere = 2π r².
∴ 6336/7 = 2π r²
⇒ r² = 6336/7 × 7/22
⇒ r² = 288
⇒ r = √288
⇒ r = 16.97 cm.


Now,
∵ Volume of the Hemisphere = 4/3 π r²
   = 4/3 × 22/7 × 288 × √288
   = 20481.045 cm³.


Hence, the volume of the Hemisphere is 20481.045 cm³.
