Given : Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder is 4.4 m² and the radius of the base of the cylinder is 0.7 m

Let the height of the circular cylinder be h.

Radius of the base of cylinder (r)  = 0.7 m

Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder  = 2πrh

Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder  = 4.4 m²

2πrh = 4.4 m²

2 × 22/7 × 0.7 × h = 4.4

h = 4.4/4.4

h = 1 m

Hence, the height of the right Circular cylinder is 1 m.

Curved surface area = 2πrh = 4.4 sq m

Radius = 0.7 m

Thus:

2πrh = 4.4

=> 2 × 22/7 × 0.7 × h = 4.4

=> h = 1 m
