Hermann Ebbinghaus, born on January 24, 1850, Barmen, Rhenish Prussia and passed away on February 26, 1909, Halle, Germany, German clinician who spearheaded in the improvement of trial techniques for the estimation of repetition learning and memory.
Ebbinghaus got a Ph.D. degree from the University of Bonn in 1873. Presently he ended up right hand educator at the Friedrich-Wilhelm University, Berlin, a post he held until 1894, when he was named teacher at the University of Breslau.
