Initial velocity=0m/s (rest)

Final velocity=?

SOLUTION

from Acceleration=final velocity-initial velocity / time

       2m/s2 = f.v - 0m/s / 5s

Do cross multiplication

       f.v - 0m/s = 2m/s2 x 5s

       f.v - 0m/s = 10m/s

       f.v = 10m/s + 0m/s

       f.v = 10m/s

Therefore the cyclist's velocity will be 10m/s
