Answer:

1)a)Holozic nutrition

In this mode of nutrition the complex food molecules are taken in & then broken down into simpler & soluble molecules in this type of nutrition.

Herbivores (plant eater),Carnivores (meat eaters),Omnivores (both plants & meat eaters).

Ex:Amoeba,Cow,Goat,Dog,Cat,Human being,etcectera.

b)Alimentary canal

It is a long tube, whichis about 7-8 m,where the entire process of digestion takes place. The complete process of Ingestion,Digestion,Absorption,Assimilation,Elimination & Egestion of food materials is done with the Alimentary canal itself.

2)a)Assimilation

The absorption & digestion of food or nutrients by the body or any biological system to release energy is known as Assimilation.

b)Rumination

The action of chewing the cud is known as Rumination.

3)The Alimentary canal is commonly known as the digestive tract.

This is the pathway through which food enters the human body & solid waste is expelled out of the body.

There are some organs which constitute the Alimentary canal:

1)Salivary gland

2)Oesophagus

3)Stomach

4)Pancreas

5)Liver

6)Gall bladder

7)Small intestine

8)Large intestine

9)Anus

4)Milk teeth is the temporary teeth, which arises first after the birth whereas permanent teeth arises after the milk teeth.

5)The four types of teeth in the human mouth:

1)Incisor

2)Canine

3)Premolar

4)Molar

6)The function of the Incisor teeth & the premolar teeth is-

a)Incisor teeth-(From Latin word incidere,"to cut")are the front teeth present in most mammals. They are located in the premaxilla above & on the mandible below.Humans have a total of eight (two on each side, top & bottom).

Premolar teeth-The premolar teeth,or bicuspids, are transitional teeth located between the canine & premolar teeth. In humans, there are two premolars per quadrant in the permanent set of teeth, making eight premolars total in the  mouth.Tey have at least two cusps.

7)The role of acid in the human stomach is:

Hydrochloric acid is the primary digestive acid & has several roles in digestion. ....You need hydrochloric acid to absorb minerals like Magnesium,Sodium & Iron.Gastric acid is so strong that it could digest the stomach if not for a mucus lining protecting the organ.
