Gully Erosion::::: gully erosion is also type of erosion which is caused by the flow of water and in this type of erosion the soil is cutted through a Canal type structure and formed gully erosion.

Gully erosion takes place on the steep slopes of the hills. When there is a heavy downpour of rain the soil is removed by water flowing along definite paths down the slope in channel . Sheet erosion during heavy rainfall an area where there is no vegetation cover the rainfall instead of sinking stimulates the eroshive power and washes the top soil down the slope.
