let the hypotenuse be h then perpendicular side be h-1 and last side be 30-h-(h-1)= 30-2h+1=31-2h

h^2 = (h-1)^2 + (31-2h)^2
solving them we get h=18.5 and h=13
if we take h= 18.5 other side will come in negative.

Hence h=13 h-1=12 31-2h=5
