Concept :- The distance covered by a wheel in one rotation is equal to its CIRCUMFERENCE!

So here, if the radius (R) = 28cm, the circumference (C) => 2πR = 2 x (22/7) x 28 = 176 cm.

The required distance (D) is 352 m = 352 x 100 cm [1m = 100cm].

Thus, the number of times the wheel must rotate

= Total Distance/Circumference

= D/C = 352 x 100/176 = 2 x 100 = 200.
