Answer:

Oxygen is diffused from capillaries to the RBC inside blood. RBC contains haemoglobin which has affinity to combine with oxygen.

when we breathe in, our lungs get filled with oxygen. Due to higher concentration of CO2 in haemoglobin and lower concentration in lungs, it diffuses and forms oxy-haemoglobin.

after that it travels to the body tissue through plasma present in blood and gets diffused into the body tissue.

Hemoglobin is contained in red blood cells, which efficiently carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissues of the body. Hemoglobin also helps in the transportation of carbon dioxide and hydrogen ions back to the lungs.
