1. Because Shimla is present on Himalayas & on Height but Ludhiana is situated in Plane. Coldness Depends on Height too. For Example Kilimanzaro is the Highest Peak of Africa which Situated just near the equator but instead of that it remains covered with snow whole year due to their height.
2. The impacts of climate change include warming temperatures, changes in precipitation, increases in the frequency or intensity of some extreme weather events, and rising sea levels. For Example - Due to Global Warming & Rising sea Level it is believed by Scientists that we may not see Maldives in Future. Because The area of Maldives continually decreasing.
