Answer:If u draw the line joining the circle and the touching pt.A(from both circles) u would get a straight line.

Now ,draw a line joining center and intersecting pt. of corresponding circles.

now relate angles by angle chasing,u will get ans,i.e Alternate interior angles are equal.

hint: Radius makes isocelles   triangle.
