According to HUND'S STABILITY RULE , FULFILLED ORBITAL IS MORE STABLE THAN HALF FILLED ORBITAL AND HALF FILLED ORBITAL IS MORE STABLE THAN UNFILLED ORBITAL(which neither have half filled electron nor fullfilled electron in the orbital)
