1 if we are standing careless in a stationary bus if the drivers starts suddenly we fall in backward direction this is because of inertia of rest of our body upper part will try to be at rest but our feet which are on the floor of the bus moves along the bus due to friction therefore we dis balance and fall backward
2 if we are standing in a moving bus and it suddenly stops then we fall forward this is because our lower body part comes in rest with bus but our upper body part remains in motion and tends to fall forward this is due to inertia of motion
3 a body cannot move in circular motion until and external force is applied over it these external forces centripetal force which is necessary for change in direction
