Dear diary,
Today was world environment Day and I along with my friend planted 5 trees in my locality,3 near my school and 5 near my friend s house. Although it was a hot day we felt refreshed because we were doing a good thing.
My school had also contributed to provide plants to all the students . Every street had posters with 'SAVE TREES 'printed on them. Today a thought came to my mind why do people suddenly start caring about our environment on this day.
So I decided that every month I will plant one tree in my locality
