Damanpur is ruled by it's king based on a set of rules written down by the priest and ministers. He also has divided his kingdom into 16 provinces to which he appoints his officers as governor's. Can we say this is democratic country? It is a constitutional country? Give reasons for your answer

Damanpur is indeed a constitutional country as its rule is based on certain rules which are laid by the concerned authorities.But it is not at all a democratic country. A democracy is one which is "for the people,by the people and of the people". Damanpur is rather a monarchy which is run by a king.

It isn't a democratic country but it's a constitutional country because it's law is made by the set of rules which are written by the priests.
