This line is taken from the prose  ‘Dancing in the rain’ written by Azim Premji.

EXPLANATION:

The line says that Gandhiji has said that we should allow children to dance in rain. We should unlearn things and learn many things from children. In our country we won’t allow them to take decisions and provide critical thinking capability.

Parents overprotect their children which will not help them in developing interpersonal skills. Some children are smart and defensive. Parents of this generation should allow the children to play and enjoy apart from studies and other things. They should enjoy their childhood by playing and dancing in the rain.
