Sir,

          I am Danish Gomes, a frequent customer of your store. In this letter, I want to complain about your poor service.

             I ordered some sports equipment for my college. It includes fifteen pieces of badminton rackets, fifty pairs of roller skates and twenty cricket kits. I received ten shuttle rackets, twenty-five cricket kits and a hundred roller skates. Some kits are damaged and the package was also open.  The delivery date was 30th April but I got it on 15th May. I really didnot expected this from you. You also didnot give me the 10% discount as promised.

                   I want a refund for this order. I will be waiting for quick action.
