Darwinsims merits and demerits

The merits of Darwinism are as follows :-

1) Darwin was the first man to disclose the ideas about the variation and sudden mutation which takes place in animal body,

2) He was responsible for disclosing the factors like "Struggle for Existence" which has been proved to be a very important theory this days

3) The theory of SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST was deserves mention.

4) Darwin was also recognised for his theory of PRODIGALITY OF PRODUCTION which is very useful theory.

The demerits of Darwinism are as follows:-

1) Darwin's theory also didn't get mentioned at first because that time genes, variation , chromosome were not discovered and he was not able to give proper explanation of his theory.

for example his theory on the beak structure of Finches.
