Data validation:

only valid data is in the given field(example: you cant write numbers in the field specified as "text" due to data validation.)

Data inconsistency:

imagine you are making a table on student details, on two separate papers( manually, NOT ON DBMS) then, say you made a mistake. instead of writing "abc" you wrote "abde" on both the papers. you realize and erase the "abde" on one paper and forget the other.

so now, the data on the papers are not same ,i.e. inconsistent.

therefore, data inconsistency is when data across two files is not the same.

Data Sharing:

it is a positive characteristic of DBMS , when data can be shared betwwen users.

Data Security:

your data is safe and secure.

Data Integrity:

correctness of data.
