Solution :-

→ Area of square = 10000 m²

→ Side of square = √(10000) = 100 m

So,

→ Side of square with path = Side of square + 2 * Width of path = 100 + 2 * 5 = 110 m .

then,

→ Area of Road = (Area of square with path) - Area of square

→ Area of Road = (110)² - 10000

→ Area of Road = 12100 - 10000

→ Area of Road = 2100 m² .

therefore,

→ Number of bricks required = Area of Road / Area of one brick

{ 1 m² = 100 * 100 cm² }

→ Number of bricks required = (2100 * 100 * 100)/(15 * 22)

→ Number of bricks required ≈ 63636 (Ans.)
