A Charged drinking plastic straw is brought near another suspended plastic straw, that is

(a) Similarly Charged :

Reason : If similarly charged straw placed near another charged then both will repulse due to same charge.

(b) Uncharged :

Reason : If uncharged straw placed with charged one both will attract to each other because another charge straw trying to pull or it will apply opposite force.
