The correct answer is option (d) 70 kmph.

Given,

David and Jason started a journey of a distance of 110 km.  David takes 22 minutes more than Jason, who is traveling at 60 km/h.

To Find,

The speed of David.

Solution,

Let us assume that the time taken by Jason is x hrs.

So, the time taken by David will be x+22/60 hrs.

Now, we know that

Speed = Distance/time

Speed of Jason = 110/(x)

60 = 110/x

x = 110/60

x = 1.83 hrs

Now, speed of David = 110/(1.83+22/60)

Speed of David = 70 kmph.

Hence, the speed of David is 70 kmph.
