There are 30 days in April be it a leap year or a normal 355 days-year. Only the difference is that in a leap year, February has 29 days and in a normal year, it has 28 days.

the days of April are always 30.
the month that changes the number of days in leap year is the month of February.
In fact, February has 28 days, but during the leap year they become 29.
