angle opq will be 90 as line drawn from center on the point of contact with tangent form right angle

and angle pqo is 30 (given)

now sum of angles of triangle = 180

so 90 + 30 + angle poq = 180

so angle poq ir angle aop = 180 - 120 = 60.

so draw a circle, mark any point a. join a to o. make 60 degree on oa. wherever that line meet the circle, draw 90 degree there and you will get the tangent. extend oa to meet the tangent. this point will be q.

measure the side. it should be three times the radius
