artists and sculptor should not be encouraged. because art is of no use for society. it's just for the sake of beauty. if we encourage artists and sculptor to build statues, they will build more and more statues. then there will no place to build some houses in the society. and lakhs of money will be wasted for only art. What is the use of famous and powerful people for us. so their statues are not necessary for the society. those money can be contributed for the poor people who has no food to eat no dress to wear no shelter to live. so help the poor and encourage the poor to be educated..
